I got all four (top and bottom, left and right) of the aileron skins deburred and the stiffeners primed. I’m ready to back rivet the stiffeners in the next work session.

 

  

 

I am fully into aileron and flap construction and ‘pile of parts’ mode. I spend much of the last few days edge deburring all of the parts for the flaps and ailerons. There are a lot of parts; brackets, ribs, stiffeners, spars, etc. I finally got going on doing aileron pre-assembly and match drilling. I’m trying to prepare as many parts as possible for a large priming session when the time is right.
